Portuguese Coastal Path: viana do castelo – vila praia de âncora

This route is part of a multi-week walk along the shortest coastal route of the Portuguese Way or Rota Costeira of The Portuguese Way to Santiago.

PR9VCT – Monte de Santa Luzia – São Mamede – Water pipes trail

This circular pedestrian trail starts next to the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, the “ex libris” of the city of Viana do Castelo. Along the way, it passes through the Serra de Santa Luzia, descends to the Arcos do Fincão, continues along the water pipes and climbs up to the village of S. Mamede.

Ecovia do Rio Lima e Vez: Viana do Castelo to Arcos Valdevez

A linear route that runs primarily along the Ecovia that connects the city of Viana do Castelo to the town of Arcos de Valdevez, passing through the main municipalities of the Lima Valley.
