Coral Beach in Viana do Castelo is a favourite walk for dogs. Since 2017, the beach has been officially dog-friendly.
All dogs are welcome at Praia do Coral, as long as they comply with the safety rules:
- Wear a collar or harness;
- They must always be accompanied by their owners;
- They must be duly registered;
- Breeds considered dangerous must wear a muzzle.
Along the beach there are rubbish bins and bags for animal waste, which must be collected by the owners.
Now all you have to do is put your feet – and your pet’s paws – on the beach and have fun.
